By accessing H/CTOR, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to use H/CTOR.
Informational purpose only
H/CTOR documents Hector Cuevas’s personal experience using artificial intelligence tools to build software and small businesses. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity, programming, or other professional advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional for decisions that require professional judgment.
AI, estimates, and results
AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated information. Any development-cost estimates, examples, prompts, outputs, or descriptions on H/CTOR are illustrative, not quotes or guarantees. Your tools, costs, results, and circumstances will differ. H/CTOR makes no promise of business, audience, product, income, or other results.
Projects and third-party services
LinesFly and HuddlePops are separate software projects created by Hector. They remain prototypes and may change, pause, experience errors, or become unavailable. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you leave H/CTOR and use them. Other third-party links and services are provided for convenience. Lead Better, LLC does not control or guarantee third-party content, security, availability, or practices.
Ownership and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, H/CTOR’s original text, branding, design, photographs, graphics, site code, and other content are owned by Lead Better, LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, link to, and quote brief portions for lawful personal, educational, or commentary purposes with clear attribution. Without written permission, you may not republish substantial portions, sell or commercially exploit the content, remove ownership notices, use automated scraping that burdens the site, or use H/CTOR content to build or train a commercial dataset or model. Legal rights such as fair use are not restricted.
Acceptable use
Do not use H/CTOR to violate law or another person’s rights, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false or harmful information, or attempt unauthorized access to subscriber or analytics data.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback about H/CTOR, you give Lead Better, LLC permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential materials, and you should not send confidential information through ordinary email.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H/CTOR is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lead Better, LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, security, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Better, LLC and its owner, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from H/CTOR or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use H/CTOR during the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and changes
